Cadillac explain shock Lowdon exit and respond to Perez speculation

A week before Formula 1’s return to action in Zandvoort, Cadillac provided the unexpected news of the sport’s summer break by removing Graeme Lowdon as team principal and replacing him with former Alpine chief Marcin Budkowski.
