Officials’ blunder costs hurdler R. Harshitha a place in the final

After officials forgot to place a hurdle in her race the previous day, R. Harshitha was forced to run alone in a bid to make the 400m hurdles final before ultimately missing the qualifying mark by 0.54 seconds.
