History made at Lord's - with Test finely balanced after opening day

It's a day for the history books as Lord's hosts it's first women's Test match with England closing the day on 21-1, 264 runs behind India's first innings total of 285 - an innings which saw Sophie Ecclestone become England's leading wicket-taker in all formats.
